We are pleased to announce that the 2018 application for Hope and a Future Project Scholars Program will open for single teen parents attending a Delaware college now or who will attend college in Fall of 2018. We want you to be a part of our next class of Scholars. We want to see you and your family achieve success. You have amazing promise, and we’ve designed our program to help empower you to achieve your potential.
