Building Healthy Relationships Workshop

Relationships can be challenging. Sometimes we bring our old mentalities into new relationships. We will talk about how to give relationships an opportunity to grow and become meaningful, how to reduce the tension in your most important relationship so they can flourish and thrive, how to create a vision of what we want our future relationships to look like, and explore how to face and purge unhealthy relationships.
